Bu Kullanim Sartlari, TreasureScope uygulamasini kullanmanizi duzenler. Uygulamayi kullanarak bu metni kabul etmis olursunuz.
1. Sartlarin Kabulu
TreasureScope uygulamasini indirerek, eriserek veya kullanarak bu sartlara bagli olmayi kabul edersiniz. Sartlari kabul etmiyorsaniz uygulamayi kullanmayiniz.
2. Hizmet Tanimi
Uygulama, kamera veya galeriden alinan goruntuler uzerinde yapay zeka destekli analiz sunar. Analiz sonuclari bilgilendirme amaclidir; dogruluk, tamlik veya belirli bir sonuca ulasma garantisi verilmez.

tabanli servislere gonderebilir.
3. Uygunluk ve Cihaz Kaydi
Hizmeti kullanabilmek icin yasal olarak sozlesme yapma ehliyetine sahip olmalisiniz. Uygulama, servis erisimi icin cihaz kaydi ve token yenileme mekanizmasi kullanir.
4. Ucretsiz ve Premium Plan
Ucretsiz planda analiz limiti uygulanir. Premium plan aktif oldugunda bu limitler kaldirilabilir veya genisletilebilir. Limitler urun yapisina gore degisebilir.
5. Satin Alma ve Abonelik
Uygulama ici satin almalar Apple tarafindan faturalandirilir. Abonelik durumu RevenueCat altyapisi ile yonetilebilir. Ucretlendirme, yenileme, iptal ve iade kosullari Apple kurallarina tabidir.
6. Kullanici Sorumluluklari ve Yasakli Kullanim
- Hizmeti hukuka aykiri, zarar verici veya aldatici amaclarla kullanamazsiniz.
- Sistemi tersine muhendislik, suistimal veya asiri yuk olusturma amacli kullanamazsiniz.
- Uygulama uzerinden baskalarinin haklarini ihlal eden icerik yukleyemezsiniz.
7. Fikri Mulkiyet
Uygulama yazilimi, marka, tasarim ve ilgili icerikler Mahmut Aykut Keleş veya lisans saglayicilarina aittir. Bu metin, size sadece sinirli, geri alinabilir kullanim hakki verir.
8. Ucuncu Taraf Hizmetler
Uygulama, analiz altyapisi, abonelik dogrulamasi veya odeme sureci icin ucuncu taraf servisler kullanabilir (or. Apple, RevenueCat, analiz API saglayicisi). Bu servisler kendi sart ve politikalarina tabidir.
9. Garanti Reddi
Hizmet "oldugu gibi" ve "mevcut oldugu sekilde" sunulur. Kesintisiz erisim, hatasiz calisma veya analizlerin belirli bir amaca uygunlugu garanti edilmez.
10. Sorumlulugun Sinirlandirilmasi
Yasal olarak izin verilen en genis kapsamda, Mahmut Aykut Keleş dogrudan/dolayli zararlar, veri kaybi, kar kaybi veya is kesintisinden sorumlu tutulamaz.
11. Sonlandirma / Askıya Alma
Bu sartlari ihlal etmeniz halinde hizmete erisiminiz askiya alinabilir veya sonlandirilabilir. Siz de uygulamayi kullanmayi istediginiz zaman birakabilirsiniz.
12. Sartlarda Degisiklik
Bu metin zaman zaman guncellenebilir. Guncel surum uygulama icinde veya ilgili yayin kanalinda sunulur. Degisikliklerden sonra kullanima devam etmeniz guncel metni kabul ettiginiz anlamina gelir.
13. Uygulanacak Hukuk
Bu sartlar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir.

These Terms of Service govern your use of the TreasureScope mobile application and related services. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using TreasureScope, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Service Description
The app provides AI-assisted analysis for images captured through camera or selected from gallery. Analysis output is informational only and is provided without guarantees of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

3. Eligibility and Device Registration
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the service. The app uses device registration and token refresh mechanisms to provide API access.
4. Free Plan vs Premium
Free users may be subject to analysis limits. Premium users may receive expanded or unlimited access, depending on the active product configuration.
5. Purchases and Subscriptions
In-app purchases are billed by Apple. Subscription entitlement status may be managed through RevenueCat. Pricing, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms are subject to Apple policies.
6. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Use
- You may not use the service for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive activities.
- You may not reverse engineer, abuse, or overload the service.
- You may not upload or process content that infringes third-party rights.
7. Intellectual Property
The app software, trademarks, design, and related content are owned by Mahmut Aykut Keleş or its licensors. These Terms grant only a limited, revocable right to use the app.
8. Third-Party Services
The app may rely on third-party services for analysis infrastructure, subscription handling, and payment flow (for example Apple, RevenueCat, and backend API providers). Those services are governed by their own terms and policies.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific analysis outcomes.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mahmut Aykut Keleş is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including data or profit loss.
11. Termination / Suspension
Access may be suspended or terminated if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be made available through the app or relevant publication channel. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye Cumhuriyeti.
